"Featuring the Very Best of the Riches of the Land and Sea"

Introduction to the collection: This winter, Jeffrey is continuing to work on his collection of extraordinary jewelry that includes elements usually found only in museums or a few in North America  that cater to collectors of special taste---people who have a natural curiousity about life, and who are intelligent and interesting in many different ways.

Highlights of the collection: The collection includes sprays of pearls tumbling from an ivory-colored sea urchin formed as a pendant...a necklace of beads of midnight lava married to the sun-bleached rib bones of an Indonesian boar....a chunk of animal horn carved into a silver-enhanced fish, originally used by the nomadic tribes of northern China as needle carriers.., a necklace that seems to float on a waterfall of  pearls and beads encircling and enhancing the neckline of any woman...thick ropes of Baltic amber twisted as a necklace and married to a large specimen of unfossilized amber from Columbia...paper-thin stacks of mother-of-pearl merged with mabe pearls and set as a pendant floating on a silken lake...and much more.

Bio:  I'm a native San Diegan who has had many opportunities to work in the arts.  My liberal arts undergradutate studies (UCSB) provided me with an appreciation of art history and furniture design.  I have a Master's degree from SDSU.  I've participated in art and design classes at the Athenaeum  SDSU, UCSD, Idylwild School of Arts and Music, and at workshops held throughout California.  I'm a member of the San Diego Watercolor Society, the San Diego Museum of Art, the Mingei Museum and the Athenaeum, among others.
